You acknowledge the fact that services provided by Digipe Foundation are irreversible i.e. Bamboo plants / trees once planted can’t be uprooted and this action would be against our work ethics. Therefore, once the donor / contributor has made the payment on the website of Digipe Foundation, for the planting of Bamboo plants / trees under the Project Sanjeevani launched by Digipe Foundation, shall stand paid and it is the stated policy of Digipe Foundation that we do not entertain any cancellation(s) of any payment thus made and therefore, the question of refund and/or refunding any money/ies and/or payment(s) so received from the donors / contributors by Digipe Foundation shall not arise.

TerminationDigipe Foundation may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service at its sole and absolute discretion. (i) Notwithstanding the foregoing sub-section above, these Terms will survive indefinitely unless and until Digipe Foundation chooses to terminate them; and (ii) If you or Digipe Foundation terminates your use of the Website, Digipe Foundation may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Website and Digipe Foundation will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.
Governing LawThese terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles, and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
